At Trishiraa™, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Returns & Replacements:
We offer return or replacement under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Applicable only if:

    • The product is damaged

    • The product is defective

    • An incorrect item has been delivered

Request Process:

  • Share clear images or videos showing the issue

  • Once approved, we will initiate a return or replacement

Additional Terms:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery will not be accepted

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion

  • Reverse pickup or return shipping process (if applicable) will be communicated during approval
